Cancellation Policy

  • All requests for withdrawal must be received by Sawyer Safety Training a minimum of five (5) business days prior to course start date. Such requests must be made by phone, in writing or email to Sawyer Safety Training (email: dean@sawyersafety.ca).

  • Failing to provide at least five (5) business days’ notice of withdrawal will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the course fee (minimum $50). Students who withdraw after class start date, late arrivals that are denied entrance to the class, or who fail to attend the class without notification (No Shows), will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions will be allowed up to the course start date in lieu of forfeitures.

  • Online course cancellations and substitutions will be accepted up to five (5) business days following registration, no refunds or substitutions will be permitted after five (5) business days.

  • Sawyer Safety Training reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved, and make any changes in course content as circumstances may require. Every effort will be made to advise students by phone, e-mail or mail, of cancellations before start date.
